We can now offer a Direct Debit payment scheme; once you have signed up to this service (an email can be sent to you with this option) we will then be able to automatically take any payments due from you, when they become due. Insurers require prompt payment of all premiums due (whether at inception/ mid-term adjustment/ renewal) in order to comply with Policy premium payment terms and conditions and ensure continuous coverage. It is therefore essential that your policy premium is paid within 7 days of its due date - unless advised otherwise, if payment is not received then your policy may be cancelled and time on risk and cancellation charges will be payable.
If you ever have any issues making your policy premium payments, please discuss this with us as soon as possible.
